I wonder how places like this survive. They'll fix your computer and provide internet use for a fee, They do software stuff too, but they also practice foot reflexology and offer palates classes. Hey it actually sounds like a great idea, but I wonder how many people who want their computer fixed decide to sign up for a palates class?

Queensboro Bridge, between Manhattan and Queens

Every time I see a picture or video from the driver's perspective on the Queensboro Bridge, or when I drive into Manhattan with a vacant taxi, I remember the opening theme from Taxi, the old tv show with Danny DeVito, Judd Hirsh, Tony Danza, and Andy Kaufman. I start singing the instrumental piece, which was similar to the type of music played in cabs all over the city, CD 101.9 type stuff, although it was before CD's of course.

Little did we know at that time, that the Bridge was in such disrepair, you could smash a hammer right through the iron supports (quote: Sam Schwartz at 2:17)

It will take more than a bit of rubbund compoung to fix that fender bender.
I think an internet cafe with a laundrymat and coffee shop would work.
Java,wash and surf.

yes, genius! I would love to use the internet while doing laundry, and of course, coffee always goes with computers. that incident on top was so odd, the car in front got hit so hard that its rear wheels aren't touching the ground.
