Sometimes the police have scheduled times and locations where a few precincts show up at once and park their cars everywhere. The woman in front of the car didn't realize he was parking.

ReplyDeletewell, yeah, but I'm a pedestrian whenever I'm not driving a cab, which is a lot of the time. So I prefer to call people like this, new new yorkers, people who should've had that coffee in the morning.
